Terrel was first introduced to network marketing as an executive with Melaleuca in charge of customer service and operations when Melaleuca was a startup company in 1988. Over the course of five years, the company grew virtually from a startup to $250 million in annual sales with figures exponentially larger today! Melaleuca remains as one of the premier network marketing companies in the world, and Terrel attributes his start with Melaleuca as the beginning of his career as an MLM Consultant, trainer, and coach to more than 250 companies including everything from startup to the most respected companies in global MLM, Party Planning, and Network Marketing.

David Taylor

LaunchSmart™ MLM Consultant David Taylor has an undergraduate in training and development, and an MBA with an emphasis in marketing. He has started, grown, and operated 6 private businesses - some of them with very complex operations. Two of the businesses were national training companies offering hundreds of workshops and seminars per-month nation-wide. His passion and focus in all of his business ventures have been sales and marketing systems, and customer service.

David also served for seven years as a strategic planning director for a 12,000 person laboratory for the Department of Energy. He has served as an MLM Consultant to such notable companies as USANA, Herbalife, Longaberger, Nature's Sunshine, and Creative Memories.
